1. Service Description

• The Service provides digital data (images, text, and other content).
• Physical tea utensils and tangible products are not sold or delivered.

2. Account

• Registration may be required to use the Service. Users are responsible for managing their registration information.
• The Company may suspend access if inaccurate information or unauthorized use is detected.

3. Points (Koban / kbn)

• The Service provides free points (kbn) that can be used to unlock digital data.
• Points cannot be converted to cash or transferred or sold to third parties.
• The number of points granted, expiration periods, and terms of use may be changed without prior notice.

4. Acquisition and Rights of Digital Data

• Users obtain only a license to use (non-exclusive and non-transferable) the digital data. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with the Company or rights holders.
• Reproduction, distribution, modification, reposting, or resale beyond personal use is prohibited.

5. Fees and Refunds

• Points are provided free of charge, and no monetary payment is currently required.
• Due to the nature of digital data, cancellations and refunds after acquisition are not possible.

6. Prohibited Acts

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that interfere with service operations
• Acts of impersonating others
• Acts that infringe on the rights of the Company or third parties
• Providing benefits to antisocial forces
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

7. Service Interruption

The Service may be interrupted or modified without prior notice in cases of system maintenance, failures, force majeure (disasters, etc.), or other unavoidable circumstances.

8. Disclaimer

• The Company makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or usefulness of the Service and content.
• The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by Users, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

9. Amendments to Terms

These Terms may be amended as necessary. If Users continue to use the Service after amendments, they are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
